One Solicitor. One Couple
The changes to the divorce laws implemented in April 2022 mean that couples can make one joint application for divorce. No need for one party of the couple to blame the other.
I am a pioneer of the Solicitor Neutral process that I call One - a one solicitor, one couple service. The President of the Family Law division has called O'Sullivan Family Law a 'leading firm' by developing this process.
